WHAT ARE THE PORTION SIZES?

Portions are dependent on the product you order, but you can always increase the portion sizes during item check-out if you’re looking to fill up some extra bellies.

CAN I MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS?

Absolutely! If you have any dietary restrictions or need changes made to an item, please call or email Barb at 509-808-6195 or freshplate@gmail.com. Additional cost may apply, but we’re always happy to accommodate if we can.

DO THE MEAL KITS COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS?

Well, of course!! Each meal kit or item comes with instructions on how prep, prepare, bake, or serve — whichever applies to what you’ve purchased. We want every person to feel confident in their purchase from Fresh Plate.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If we haven’t yet begun preparing your order, you can still cancel. We do start prep almost immediately, so act fast. 509-808-6195 or freshplate@gmail.com.

WHEN WILL MY FOOD BE DELIVERED?

Deliveries right to your door every Wednesday and Friday

Deliveries for Wednesdayorders must be placed by 12:00pm Monday
Deliveries for Friday orders must be placed by 12:00pm on Wednesday
